Description
The 5 axis CNC bridge saw is a newly introduced model and is ideal for cutting plates of various shapes and sizes. It is designed for cutting quartz, marble, and other stone materials. The cutting method, which combines the saw blade and CNC milling cutter, can achieve straight edges, bevel edges, arcs, polygons, edge tracking, and other processes. The 5-axis bridge saw features a worktable that can flip to 80°, facilitating flexible processing and panel loading and unloading. It is popular in Qatar, Kuwait City, Shuaiba and passes through Jebel Ali Port.
Features
- The machine comes with built-in CAM software and a Lanxiang customized stone CNC machine tool control system that can be programmed directly. The interface is simple and easy to learn and operate.
- It specializes in cutting, milling, chamfering, and edging quartz stone, marble, and regular and irregular shaped slabs.
- The workbench can tilt 80° to facilitate processing on all sides of the plate and can cut materials with a maximum thickness of 100mm.
