Part 1: Cutting Unit:
Plates are transported by forklift to the elevator → Labeling machine automatically grabs and applies labels to the plates → CNC cutting machine performs drilling, grooving, and cutting operations on the plates → Robot picks up the processed plates and delivers them to the power live-roller conveyor → Plates then enter a cache bin, awaiting transfer to the edge banding unit

Part 2: Edge Banding Rotary Line
Plates are transported by the power roller conveyor to the edge banding machines → The first edge banding machine applies edging to the first edge → The plates then rotate 90 degrees, and the second edge banding machine applies edging to the third edge → Plates rotate again, and the first and second edge banding machines seal the remaining two edges → After complete edge banding, the plates are transferred into a cache bin, awaiting delivery to the row drilling unit
