Description
The 5-axis granite bridge saw machine is an excellent choice for large-scale professional stone processing plants. This machine features a camera for automatic plate positioning and a machine head that can swing 360°, enabling stone cutting at any angle and shape. It is extensively used in industries such as sheet metal, home decoration, and construction. The workbench can be tilted and the spindle rotated for convenient and flexible processing. Features
- The machine is equipped with a high-precision camera for accurate cutting position location, improving cutting accuracy. It can also take photos for positioning and generate automatic cutting paths for high-efficiency production.
- The worktable can flip up to 80°, and the spindle can rotate 90° or 360°. It is fitted with a 5-axis cutting head to facilitate and flexibly process plates of any angle and shape, enhancing its practicality.
- Utilizing an 11w high-precision motor, it can execute various precision cutting processes such as circular, sector-shaped, 45° bevel cutting, drilling, and outer edge polishing.
- The machine offers a maximum cutting length of 2800mm, a maximum cutting width of 1200mm, and a maximum cutting thickness of 100mm.
